Aaron M. Raphael, Esq.
Aaron Raphael has 15 years of patent law experience, focusing his practice on counseling U.S. and foreign clients in patent procurement, due diligence investigations, and preparing patentability, validity, with emphasis on chemical and pharmaceutical technologies. Aaron’s broader patent law experience includes strategic patent portfolio development, securing patent rights through the appellate process, and pharmaceutical patent litigation, including three Hatch-Waxman litigations for Abbreviated New Drug Applications – one of which involved the drug paroxetine HCl (Paxil). Aaron has a BS in chemistry from the University of Michigan and a law degree from Emory University.
