David R. Lipson, Esq.
David Lipson has extensive intellectual property litigation, licensing, and counseling experience, representing clients in a broad range of areas, including computer software, biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. David’s litigation experience covers a wide array of patent, trademark, and trade secret misappropriation matters. In addition to standard litigation and court proceedings, he has resolved several of these disputes successfully and cost-effectively through alternative dispute resolution methods. David also has negotiated licenses and transfers of intellectual property in several diverse industries.
Prior to joining J.A. Lindeman & Co. PLLC, David practiced in the Washington, D.C. offices of two prominent national law firms. David also has experience in small business, having successfully founded and run his own company for several years.
With this combination of legal and business experience, David takes a practical approach to addressing client needs. David received his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law, and B.A. from Brandeis University. Following law school, David served as a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
